Plamen Nikolov, part of the legendary Bulgarian national team that placed fourth at the World Cup in the USA in 1994, became an involuntary witness to an extremely risky situation. According to his words, the driver not only was driving the vehicle with a child on her knees but was also having an animated conversation with another passenger about a manicure.
