The Bulgarian delegation also includes Deputy Prime Minister Ivo Hristov and Minister of Foreign Affairs Velislava Petrova.
The parade at Place de la Concorde is a key moment for international cooperation, in which Bulgarian guardsmen are also participating this year.
Security and energy diversification
The visit is a continuation of the intensive dialogue between the two countries. During a recent meeting at the Élysée Palace, the leaders discussed:
- European security and defense policies.
- Diversification of energy supplies.
- Support for Ukraine.
- The European perspective of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Bulgaria and France continue to develop their bilateral cooperation in key sectors, strengthening their common positions within the EU.
