Sozopol Municipality informs the residents and guests of Sozopol that a phased repair of a part of the street network in the city will begin on January 20, 2026.
The repair works include the replacement of the asphalt surface of the roadway, curbs, and sidewalk paving. The project will start from Vihren Street, after which it will continue on Musala Street, as well as in sections of Rila Street and Lyulin Street.
In this regard, by January 20, 2026, all cars and motor vehicles parked on Vihren Street should be removed, as the repair works will start then.
Also, we urge the citizens living on "Vihren" Street to collect their waste collection containers in their yards until the end of the repair works. To serve the citizens during the repair works, containers with a capacity of 1100 liters will be provided, which will be located on "Musala" Street. It is forbidden to dispose of bulky waste in the provided collection containers.
Sozopol Municipality apologizes for the temporary inconvenience and calls on citizens for patience and understanding, as the repair is part of the long-term efforts to improve the urban environment.
The implementation of the project will lead to better traffic conditions, safer infrastructure, and a more comfortable living environment, which will benefit all residents and guests of the city.
