Today in Sofia and Burgas, protests will be held, triggered by discontent against the state budget plan for 2026. The ruling coalition initially attempted to consider the regular budget, but ultimately, the National Assembly adopted an extension budget. Despite this, from PPDB, they are organizing a protest with demands for the final adoption of an extension budget, machine voting, removal of Borislav Sarafov, as well as the removal of NSO security for Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peevski. From the "Justice for Everyone" initiative, they are also organizing a protest with a demand for the replacement of the chief prosecutor.

The protest in Sofia will begin at 6:00 PM in front of the Courthouse. In Burgas, the protest will also begin at 6:00 PM, at Atanas Sirekov Square, organized by Nikolay Nikolov, regional coordinator of DB. At the moment, there are no changes in public transport.
