Primorsko joins forces for greater security

Primorsko Municipality has launched an initiative to create a voluntary formation that will assist professional teams during disasters, fires, and emergency situations. Over 20 citizens have already shown interest during the first informational meeting "Become a Volunteer".

"Volunteers are critically important in the first minutes after an incident occurs, until the arrival of specialized teams," the organizers emphasize.

Who can become a volunteer?

Chief Inspector Mladen Iliev from the Regional Service for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population (RSPBZN) – Primorsko explained that future members will undergo specialized training in providing first aid and actions during floods and forest fires. The initiative is of extreme importance given the active tourist season and the large number of visitors in the area.
