End of the campaign: What you need to know today?
The National Revenue Agency (NRA) reminds that June 30 is the final deadline for companies and sole traders (ET) to submit their annual tax returns and pay the amounts due. So far, over 434,000 companies and individuals have already fulfilled their obligations.
Important: Today is the last day for declaring and paying corporate tax, tax on expenses, and final social security contributions.
Who must submit a tax return today?
- Sole traders (ET) and farmers.
- Self-insured persons operating as merchants.
- Companies liable for corporate tax under Art. 92 of the CITA (Corporate Income Tax Act).
- Entities liable for tax on expenses or tax on the revenues of budgetary enterprises.
How to pay quickly and easily?
All tax returns and payments to the budget are made entirely online via the NRA Electronic Services Portal. To do this, a personal identification code (PIC) or a qualified electronic signature (QES) is required.
Important change in payments
This year, the tax campaign takes place under the sign of Bulgaria's membership in the eurozone. Although tax returns for last year are filled out in levs, payments to the budget are now made in euros.
Do not delay until the last moment – use the NRA's online services to avoid penalties!
