The Regional Governor of Burgas initiates a large-scale project for mapping and legalization of agricultural territories in two specific areas. The first zone covers the "Bozhur Bair" district in the land of Laka village, and the second - "Old Landfill 2" within the boundaries of Pomorie city.
The official notification from the municipal administration requires all agricultural property owners to provide a complete set of certifying documents. Among the required papers are notarial deeds, ownership contracts, and documents confirming the legal use of the land.
The deadline for submitting documentation is firmly fixed - August 1, 2025. Owners can deposit their materials through several alternative channels: in person at counter #3 in the Administrative Service Center, by email, or through direct contact with responsible officers.
