The human factor and professionalism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs employees are once again confirmed through an exceptional case that unfolded in the small Black Sea town of Tsarevo. The dramatic situation, which could have turned into a real nightmare for one mother, received an unexpectedly happy resolution thanks to the quick response of local police officers.
Ralitsa Ivanova from Sofia sent an official thank-you letter to the leadership of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Burgas, detailing the incident. While traveling to Tsarevo to pick up her daughter from a school camp, she learned that the pickup time for the children had changed and a delay was inevitable.
In the critical moment, the woman sought professional help from the police. Junior Expert Emil Yanev from the Operational Duty Unit of the Local Police Station - Tsarevo, immediately took specific actions. Together with his colleagues - junior vehicle inspectors Evelin Velikov and Desislava Ruseva, they immediately responded to the call.
The three employees arrived at the hotel where the camp was taking place and took an extremely responsible action - they picked up the child and accompanied her to the police station. There, the little girl remained in complete safety until her mother's arrival.
In her emotional letter, Ralitsa Ivanova emphasized: "In that critical moment, I was sure there was no safer place for my most precious child. I express sincere gratitude for the professionalism, attention, and care shown by the three police officers!"
