During the past 24 hours on the territory of the country, there have been 18 serious accidents, in which two people died and 23 were injured, the Ministry of Interior announced.
In Sofia, 22 minor road accidents were registered.
Since the beginning of the year, there have been 618 accidents in the country, in which 50 people died and 757 were injured. In comparison with the actual data for fatalities - 43, during the same period of 2025, there are seven more fatalities among road users in 2026.
