Drivers on the Burgas–Varna road must use one lane near Obzor until 5pm today because of a water pipe burst, the Road Infrastructure Agency (API) said.
The restriction is at km 171, where road signs are directing traffic.
The agency asks drivers to take care and drive at a safe speed.
Traffic should be back to normal after 5pm, the agency says.
