A total of 4386 cases were filed in the Regional Court for 2025, which is close to the 4413 in 2023 and slightly more than the 4133 in 2024. The completed cases for 2025 are 4098, representing 75.61% of those considered.
Regarding criminal cases, 1725 cases were filed in 2025, which is less than in 2023 but more than in 2024. A total of 68 more criminal cases were considered than in 2024, but fewer than in 2023. 583 appellate criminal cases were filed, and 136 were completed, representing 63.85% of those considered.
In the First Civil and Commercial Department, 1058 cases were filed. The number of civil cases has increased, while commercial cases are more than in 2024 but fewer than in 2023.
In conclusion, the court reported effective work and timely consideration of cases, without unreasonable postponements. It was also announced the detention of a 23-year-old man for attempted murder.
