Nomination for Member of the Supreme Judicial Council
Prosecutor Darin Hristov from the District Prosecutor's Office – Burgas has been officially nominated as an elective member of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) from the prosecutors' quota.
"As a member of the SJC, with his high level of professionalism, he will represent and defend the interests of magistrates and the judicial system," his colleagues point out in their statement of reasons.
Professional Path and Qualities
- Many years of experience: His career in the prosecutor's office began in 2012.
- Complex cases: He has worked on cases of exceptional factual and legal complexity, including the Sarafovo airport bombing.
- Personal qualities: He is distinguished by his communication skills, ability to work in a team, and capacity to make sound decisions.
The candidacy is supported by magistrates from the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office, the appellate prosecutor's offices in Sofia and Burgas, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office, and the prosecutor's offices in Burgas.
