Heavy truck traffic restricted due to heatwave until August 6

Due to expected temperatures exceeding 35 degrees Celsius, a temporary ban on trucks over 20 tons is being introduced on highways and major roads from August 4 to August 6.

Temporary restrictions for trucks over 20 tons

Due to extremely high temperatures, the Road Infrastructure Agency is introducing a temporary ban on the movement of heavy goods vehicles with a total weight of over 20 tons. The measure is in effect from August 4 to August 6 (Thursday) inclusive.

The restriction applies in the time interval from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at temperatures above 35 degrees Celsius.
