A series of fire incidents shook Burgas region on July 1, creating a serious challenge for local firefighting teams. The first signal was received at 14:36 at the Fifth District Management - Burgas for a fire that broke out in the Neftohim sports complex in the Lazur district.

Firefighters from RSPBZN - Burgas quickly responded and extinguished the fire, which occurred during ongoing repair work on the roof structure. The exact value of the damage is still being determined.

A little later, at 14:40, a second fire broke out in the suburban Kamenar district of Pomorie. The fire incident started in dry grass near Third March Street and quickly spread to the surrounding vineyard, two light vehicles - Mazda MX 5 and Subaru Forester, and a work trailer.

Combined teams from RSPBZN - Pomorie and RSPBZN - Burgas managed to localize the spread of the flames. The damage included three burned sunbeds and a significant amount of agricultural and construction tools. The fortunate circumstance was that there were no injured people.

The third fire broke out around 16:10 in the land of Iskra village, Karnobat municipality. The fire engulfed a tractor with two trailers loaded with hay, owned by a local company. A team from RSPBZN - Karnobat managed to extinguish the flames, but the damage was significant - the two trailers were completely burned, and the tractor was seriously damaged.

The district management continues to investigate the causes of the three fires, while simultaneously assessing the material damage. The incidents highlight the need for increased attention and preventive measures against such fire incidents.
