Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD confirms its commitment to open dialogue and social rights
In connection with publicly expressed opinions from representatives of trade union organizations, the management of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD categorically emphasizes respect for labor rights, as provided for in the country's legislation. According to the official position, the company strictly applies the current collective labor agreement (CLA), signed in 2024 by all trade unions, valid until December 31, 2025.
"Negotiations for a new CLA for 2026 will begin in October, and will be conducted in the spirit of long-standing cooperation and according to established tradition.", the company specifies. The suggestions of lack of dialogue are surprising, as open communication channels with the unions have always been maintained and opinions are exchanged in a constructive manner.
In the spirit of good practices, Fraport Twin Star actively seeks positive dialogue with trade union organizations, as a socially responsible employer, the company provides a wide range of social benefits: food vouchers, additional health insurance, free transport, extended insurance coverage, as well as one-off assistance in case of marriage or birth of a child. A special program promotes the balance between professional and personal life and supports employees in their sports activities.
Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD assures that it consistently follows the policy of open and constructive dialogue with the trade union organizations that are active at the airports in Varna and Burgas.
