Specialized training on the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in Nesebar
The Municipality of Nesebar hosted a significant event dedicated to promoting the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The initiative was organized by the Bulgarian Huntington Association and the Association of Young Doctors – Burgas, within the framework of the PACT project.
"Partnership for the Rare" is an initiative that aims to place an emphasis on human dignity and equal access to rights for all citizens.
Highlights of the program:
- Introduction to the principles of the Charter of Fundamental Rights;
- Focus on non-discrimination and the rights of people with disabilities;
- Right to accessible healthcare for every community;
- Interactive role-playing games and analysis of real-life cases.
Social workers and students from the "Ivan Vazov" Vocational High School of Tourism in Sunny Beach took part in the training. The practical focus of the forum helped participants develop social advocacy skills and promote European values within the local community.
