Official Decision No. 515 of June 5, 2025, by the Pomorie Municipal Council provides important administrative permits for an infrastructure project in the territory of Medovo village. The document regulates the technical parameters for constructing a water supply pipeline connected to a future large-scale investment project.
The specific investment project includes building a hotel complex with additional infrastructure - outdoor pools, underground parking, transformer station, and wastewater treatment plant. The location of the site is determined in a land plot with identifier 47651.7.130 according to the cadastral map of the settlement.
The technical parameters of the water pipeline route are precisely described in the decision. The project passes through two municipal properties: the first is an agricultural area with permanent use as a "pasture" with an area of 5.674 decares, and the second is a transport area with an area of 6.670 decares.
The length of the water pipeline route amounts to a total of 99.2 meters, which will affect an area of 0.123 decares in the two properties. Specific parameters include 30.2 meters in the first property with a limitation of 0.039 decares and 69.0 meters in the second property with a limitation of 0.084 decares.
The project investor is the company "MEDOVO" EOOD, represented by manager Emil Ivanov Ivanov. The company has been officially permitted to commission the development of a detailed spatial plan - a parcellation plan for establishing a right of way.
The project's water source is Borehole No. B-73, located in the Medovo mineral water deposit. This choice ensures sustainable water supply for the future hotel complex.
An important procedural point is that the decision takes effect from June 23, 2025, and is not subject to direct challenge by interested parties. The only possibility for control remains a legal review by the Governor of Burgas.
The official document is issued by the UTOS department, SUTOS directorate of the Pomorie Municipality, referring to specific articles from the Spatial Development Act and the Local Self-Government and Local Administration Act.
