The Chairman of the Municipal Council in Burgas, Mihail Hadzhiyanev, proposes that the Municipality acquire through a donation a land property in the area of "Kolodruma" for the construction of a sports hall with parking. The plot has an area of over 3 decares and is located in the residential complex "Bratya Miladinovi".
The consent for the donation has been expressed by "Sariel" AD, which has already donated another property in the area, with the total area exceeding 6 decares. A pre-investment study will be carried out, including consultation with sports clubs in Burgas. The new hall will support the demographic policy of the Municipality.
For the realization, an amendment to the Detailed Urban Plan is necessary, as the terrain allows for tall buildings, but the donor sets a condition for a sports hall and parking. The parking will partially solve the problem with parking spaces.
The "Sariel" project for the construction of Kolodruma is recalled, including a sports hall to be provided for the use of the municipality.
