A new beginning for the coastal area in Primorsko
The Municipality of Primorsko is preparing for a large-scale transformation of one of the most attractive locations in the city. Mayor Ivan Gaykov announced that the municipality is acquiring ownership of a building on the seashore, which will be turned into a modern children's educational center.
For me and my team, this is a huge victory and a cause for real pride – because after years of effort, a complex case is about to be resolved in the public interest, the mayor shared.
What will the new center include?
- Halls for interactive learning and innovation;
- Spaces for extracurricular activities;
- Integration with a new park environment and recreation area;
- Adaptation of the building to modern European standards.
The property was acquired for the sum of 399,500 euros following intense negotiations. It is important to note that the owners preferred to cede the building to the municipality, despite significant interest from private investors.
This project is part of the local government's broader vision for improving infrastructure and developing the educational environment in the region.
