Three new master's programs in Burgas from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski"
The Faculty of Education at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" is expanding its presence at the Burgas Branch by introducing three new master's programs, starting from the 2026/2027 academic year.
The initiative aims to offer quality higher education to specialists from Burgas and the region, without the need to travel to the capital.
The new study opportunities are:
- "Non-formal education and sports innovation" – focus on learning outside the traditional environment and management in sports.
- "Social work with refugees and migrants" – preparation for integration and support in international and non-governmental structures.
- "Social work with children and families" – aimed at professionals in the child protection and family counseling system.
A successful partnership for the region
The new programs complement the existing "Educational Management" master's degree, which has been successfully implemented at the Burgas Branch over the last two years.
