Burgas District Prosecutor"s office filed charges against a 51-year-old man for his attack on two emergency medical teams on Friday.
Today, the court decided to keep the aggressive man in custody. The charges are for grossly disturbing public order and showing extremely disrespectful attitude towards society, committed while driving a motor vehicle. The prosecution describes the act as extremely audacious.
According to the evidence, the 51-year-old man attacked the emergency medical teams using a pipe wrench. His blow to the service car was accompanied by physical aggression " a blow to the driver_q_s hand.
Moreover, with deliberate and aggressive maneuvers with his car, he caused damage to a second emergency medical vehicle, deforming its front left door during the first collision. Then, with a new, reverse maneuver, he caused further damage, breaking the front left door of the same car, which he had previously hit with a pipe wrench.
