The meeting of the outgoing Council of Ministers is starting.
The main point on the agenda is the discussion of a Draft Decision for approving a draft Law on the collection of revenues and the execution of expenditures in 2026 until the adoption of the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Bulgaria for 2026, the Law on the Budget of Public Social Security for 2026, and the Law on the Budget of the National Health Insurance Fund for 2026.
A Draft Decree for approving additional payments from the central budget to the budget of the Ministry of Transport and Communications for 2025 to provide funds for “BDZ - Passenger Transportation" EOOD, as well as a Draft Decree for approving an additional transfer to the budget of Sofia Municipality for 2025, are also being discussed.
The discussion of a Draft Decree for amending and supplementing the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of intelligent transport systems is forthcoming. Additional expenses for various ministries are also being discussed, including the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Culture.
