Changes in National External Evaluation (NVO) and higher education

Regarding national external evaluations, the ministry emphasizes the need to maintain the format for assessing knowledge after the 4th and 10th grades. Minister Valchev rejected the possibility of a second attempt at the NVO, arguing there is a risk of placing students at an unequal disadvantage.

In addition, the Ministry of Education and Science plans a comprehensive review of tuition fees in higher education institutions, with the goal of finding a fairer model next year.
