The municipal authorities in Burgas have undertaken large-scale infrastructure improvements in the Sarafovo neighborhood, which will provide a modern urban environment for local residents and students from Hristo Botev Primary School.
Repair works started immediately after the completion of school exams, initially focusing on the school building. Experts replaced over 150 meters of pavement, covering all sidewalks in the adjacent area.
In addition to the main activities, four new parking spaces were created near the town hall. The project is a result of a meeting held in June with the local community, which expressed specific expectations for urban infrastructure.
The repair work schedule provides for phased renovation. In September, after the end of the tourist season, the sidewalks in front of commercial establishments on Angel Dimitrov Street will be rehabilitated. Parallel road resurfacing will also be carried out.
The ecological aspect of the project includes landscaping, planned for the end of October. Due to the presence of high-voltage power lines on the north side of the street, low-growing shrubs and decorative trees with a compact root system will be planted. Plane trees are planned for the south side.
This large-scale infrastructure project demonstrates the targeted efforts of the municipal administration to improve the urban environment and quality of life in the Sarafovo neighborhood.
