Five minors have been detained in Burgas for violations of public order and hooligan behavior in the Pobeda district, the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in the coastal city announced. The police added that the minors had smeared the office of DPS in the Pobeda district with feces, thrown firecrackers and stones at windows and entrance doors of neighboring buildings.
The minors were questioned in the presence of their parents and made full confessions, describing the manner and mechanism of the acts.
Minutes of police warning have been drawn up for the parents. In all cases, preliminary investigations have been initiated.
