Tourism operators are undertaking targeted strategies to overcome seasonal challenges. The main focus is on professional training programs that prepare young specialists to work in the hotel and restaurant industries.

The National Tourism Board emphasizes the importance of these initiatives for ensuring quality service and sustainable development of the sector. Internship programs and temporary employment are viewed as key tools for meeting the increased demand during the active tourist season.
