Several more documents, which according to the investor legalized the construction of residential buildings in the Baba Alino area near Varna, were published today by "KUB Corporation". It concerns documentation related to the "Forest Sea View" project.
Among the published documents are building permits issued by the chief architect of Varna in April and June 2025, as well as a Construction Acceptance Act – an official document under the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), which certifies that the load-bearing structure of the building has been executed in accordance with the approved investment project. The act is signed by the design engineer, the builder, and the construction supervision.
"KUB Corporation" points out that anyone interested can get acquainted in detail with the issued building permits, the detailed spatial plan and urban planning documentation, official opinions and approvals, as well as other documents related to the project.
In its statement, the company emphasizes that "Forest Sea View" is not located within the territory of the "Golden Sands" Nature Park. According to them, the project was developed and coordinated in accordance with all current regulatory requirements and possesses the necessary permits from the competent institutions.
