At the Nesebar Regional Police Department, in the early hours of October 30th, a report of a theft was received, the police announced. The report was received around 10:30 in the morning.
According to the information, the theft was committed from a non-functioning restaurant located on the territory of the "Marina Dinevi" port in Sveti Vlas. At the scene of the incident, law enforcement representatives found that a significant amount of professional equipment and technology had been stolen from the establishment. Among the stolen items were two professional DJ mixers, two laptops, a desktop computer, a stationary computer, and a fiscal device.
The investigation showed that the break-in was carried out by jumping over the fence. This suggests prior planning and preparation on the part of the perpetrators.
As a result of the rapid police actions, the perpetrator of the crime was identified and detained. It turned out that it was a 19-year-old youth, with a criminal record, also from Sveti Vlas. During the subsequent interrogations, the suspect confessed to the act. He cooperated with the law enforcement authorities and returned the stolen items.
The work on the case continues by employees of the Nesebar Regional Police Department, who will establish all the circumstances surrounding the event. The aim is to gather additional evidence and determine whether accomplices participated in the commission of the crime.
