An accident involving an electric scooter occurred in Burgas last night, the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior reported. The incident took place around 2:45 AM at the intersection of "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" and "Slavyanska" streets, near the "Thrasher" store.
A 42-year-old Burgas resident lost control of the individual electric vehicle and fell onto the roadway. During an examination at UMBAL – Burgas, it was determined that the man had sustained a fracture of the radius bone, but he refused hospital admission.
The driver was tested for alcohol use. The breathalyzer showed 1.05 per mille. The injured man refused to provide a blood sample for chemical analysis.
