Publisher "Klett Bulgaria" announced the launch of a free digital academy, which will be realized in partnership with SoftUni AI. The initiative is aimed at teachers from primary and lower secondary education who actively use the textbooks and digital resources of the publisher. "Klett Bulgaria" pointed out that the academy will provide teachers with the opportunity to acquire skills in working with artificial intelligence (AI) and to learn how to apply it effectively in their teaching practice.
The training will be held entirely online in the period from January to March of 2026. Registration for participation is open from November 6th to December 11th and will be done through a special registration form, which the publisher will provide.
The aim of the digital academy is to support teachers in building a more modern, flexible, and effective approach to teaching. The program will demonstrate how artificial intelligence can become a valuable assistant for teachers - from creating learning materials and tasks, to assessment and organization of the learning process. The program is structured into six online modules, each with a duration of two hours. They will be held once a week and will combine theoretical knowledge with practical exercises, led by experts in the field of education and technology. Participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with topics such as working with AI assistants, developing interactive learning materials, digital assessment and analysis of the results achieved. In addition, the program includes specific examples of the application of artificial intelligence in the classroom.
"The modern teacher is constantly looking for ways to make their lessons more interesting and closer to the students," noted the manager of "Klett Bulgaria" - Vladimir Kolev. "The digital academy is created precisely with this mission - to show how artificial intelligence can facilitate the work in the classroom and give new ideas for more effective teaching. I believe that when technologies are used consciously, they do not take away, but return to the teacher the most valuable thing – time for personal contact and inspiration."
After the successful completion of the training course, participants will receive a certificate from SoftUni, which will certify the newly acquired knowledge and skills.
This digital academy is part of the publisher's long-term commitment to support the professional development of Bulgarian teachers and promote innovative approaches in the educational process.
