The next edition of the Republican Motocross Championship will once again start at the 'Todyo Chakarov' motocross track in the village of Poroy, Pomorie municipality.
The official opening of Grand Prix Pomorie 2026 will be on March 22, 2026 /Sunday/, at 11:00 AM, after which the official starts for the 2026 season of the Republican Motocross Championship of Bulgaria will begin. The event will gather over 100 competitors from all over the country, who will compete in the different classes of the championship – MX65, MX85, MX2, MX1 and MX.
The first round traditionally attracts strong interest from both the competitors and the public, as it marks the beginning of the race for the national titles in the individual classes. This year, even greater interest in the competition is expected due to the participation of some of the most famous names in motocross – Michael Ivanov and Hakan Halmi, who will be at the start along with the other participants and will contribute to the high sporting level and spectacle on the track.
Competitive starts, dynamic races, and strong competition among the best competitors in the country are expected.
Pomorie Municipality and the Bulgarian Motorcycle Federation invite all motorsport enthusiasts, residents, and guests of Pomorie to become part of the event and support the participants in the first round of the championship. "Grand Prix Pomorie 2026" promises a lot of adrenaline, spectacular moments, and a real sporting atmosphere.
By holding the competition, Pomorie once again confirms its position as one of the established destinations for motocross events in Bulgaria.
