Diplomatic tension around Russian aggression reaches a critical point after the categorical statement by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. In an expressive address to American senators, he emphasized the serious consequences for countries that continue their economic ties with the Kremlin.

Rutte issued a direct warning to the leaders of China, India, and Brazil, calling on them to reconsider their position. "Secondary sanctions can deliver a crushing blow to your economies," the diplomat was categorical, as cited by the international agency Reuters.

Western allies outlined clear parameters for risky economic activities: delivery of dual-use technologies, oil trade with Russia outside designated price corridors, and concealing financial routes to circumvent sanctions.

The message is unambiguous: the international community no longer tolerates business with regimes that support military conflicts. A turning point is arriving on the geopolitical scene, where every country must choose its side – with Putin or with the world order.
