Natural gas prices underwent changes today, with major European indicators showing movements against the backdrop of ongoing trading operations. At 12:00 Bulgarian time, the price of November natural gas futures on the TTF hub in the Netherlands settled at 31.850 euros per megawatt-hour, according to data from the international exchange ICE.
Today's trading on this key platform started from a level of 32.105 euros per megawatt-hour. This represents a slight change compared to yesterday, when the exchange closed at a value of 32.700 euros per megawatt-hour.
At the same time, in Bulgaria, the price of natural gas on the "Gas Hub Balkan" platform showed changes that may affect the domestic market. In the "day-ahead" segment with a delivery day for today, October 9, the price is 63.50 leva per megawatt-hour. This represents a decrease of nearly 1 percent.
In the "within-day" segment, the exchange closed yesterday at 64.07 leva per megawatt-hour. The reference price in this segment for today remains at 63.50 leva per megawatt-hour. Observers note that these price fluctuations reflect the complex dynamics of the energy market, where numerous factors, including global supply and demand, have an influence.
