The “Bulgarian Social Democracy - Euroleft“ party decided to participate in the parliamentary elections on April 19th again in a coalition with "BSP-United Left". The decision was made at today's national party conference.

The formation also decided that it "highly appreciates the participation" of the President (2017 - 2026) Rumen Radev in the upcoming elections and considers him a possible coalition partner after the vote in April.

Our goal is for the formation around President (2017 - 2026) Rumen Radev and the "BSP-United Left" coalition to be the basis of a future governing majority, said Alexander Tomov - chairman of the party, at the beginning of the conference.

I await your suggestions regarding the economic platform. A lot of work is ahead, and as chairman of the BSP, I want to tell you that I am confident that this work can be done successfully only if we do it together, said BSP chairman Krum Zarkov.

The party also adopted the main points of an economic program for the country's development, which should be distributed among all coalition partners.
