The collected samples will be analyzed for the presence of oil products, heavy metals and pesticides - indicators of marine environment pollution. The main purpose of the analysis is to determine whether the military conflict is affecting the quality of seawater in the Bulgarian Black Sea waters. The results of the studies will be announced in a timely manner by the BSBD.
