Fuel prices: Gasoline gets more expensive, diesel and gas prices drop

See the current fuel prices in Bulgaria for May. Gasoline A95 and A98 show an increase, while diesel and propane-butane are getting cheaper. Methane remains stable.

Fuel Price Dynamics in Bulgaria

Fuel prices in our country continue to show mixed trends according to the latest data from the "Fuelo" platform. While drivers of gasoline vehicles are facing new increases, users of diesel and LPG can benefit from a slight decrease.

Standard A95 gasoline has recorded an increase of nearly 2% over the last week, reaching a price of 1.55 euros per liter.

The good news for diesel car owners is that the price of fuel has dropped to 1.74 euros per liter (a decrease of 1.14% for the week). LPG has also recorded a decline, now selling at a price of 0.78 euros per liter, which is 3.70% less compared to the previous week.

Stability in Methane

Methane remains the most stable element in the market over the past seven days, with its price remaining unchanged at 1.21 euros per kilogram.

The analysis was prepared based on Fuelo data for the period towards the middle of May.
