Burgas will host an open meeting on the housing market in 2027 and on how energy-efficient homes can stay affordable, the regional branch of the National Real Estate Association (NSNI) said.
The meeting is on Tuesday, 27 October, from 4pm to 5.30pm at the Sea Casino Cultural Centre. Entry is free.
Former energy minister Zhecho Stankov is the guest speaker. Dobromir Ganev, chair of the NSNI management board, will moderate.
The two will talk about where the property market is heading and what options buyers, owners and investors have.
Organisers also plan a discussion, and people in the audience will be able to ask questions.
