In the official position, the BFS explicitly declares its support for the adoption of the new law, defining it as a key instrument for a higher level of organization, prevention and control of incidents around sporting events. "For years we have been insisting on clearer, more effective and applicable rules that would give real tools to the institutions and organizers of sporting events", the BFS pointed out.

The headquarters will be actively involved in the process of clarifying the texts and guarantees that the measures and instruments will comply with European practices. "The BFS will be an active partner of the state institutions with a common goal: football to be safe, attractive and accessible to all", the organization points out.

The given position is that only joint efforts will bring families back to the stands and create a sustainable environment for the development of football in a positive atmosphere. The BFS is committed to working constructively with the institutions so that the new legal framework guarantees the security desired by all.
