A large-scale social integration program is starting from the non-governmental sector, aiming for radical change in professional adaptation of Ukrainian refugees. The "Work for All" organization developed a specialized strategy for retraining and employment, focused on key economic sectors.
The project covers a multidimensional approach – professional courses in construction, information technology, and medical care, alongside intensive language training. A key emphasis is on providing internship positions and direct mediation when seeking employers.
Statistics confirm the effectiveness of the initiative – over 300 Ukrainian citizens are undergoing professional training, with an impressive 150 people already integrated into the Bulgarian labor market. The strategic goal includes not only employment but also comprehensive social adaptation of refugees.
The organizers outline an ambitious perspective for reducing social dependency and creating a sustainable model for professional integration of forcibly displaced persons.
