Start of application process for the "Employment Without Barriers" project
From July 22, the Employment Agency is launching the application process for the large-scale project "Employment Without Barriers". The program aims to provide subsidized employment to 14,800 people who face difficulties in finding a job.
The project is implemented under the "Human Resources Development" Program and is co-financed by the European Social Fund+.
Who can apply?
- Municipalities and district administrations.
- Municipal enterprises.
- Central and territorial government bodies.
- Private sector employers (only for hiring unemployed persons over 55).
Key measures and employment periods
- Disadvantaged persons: up to 12 months of employment.
- Persons with permanent disabilities: up to 24 months of subsidized employment.
- Persons over 55: up to 24 months (until reaching retirement age).
- Disaster prevention activities: up to 6 months for specific groups.
The total budget of the project amounts to 40,903,350.50 euros, and the implementation period for the program is until December 31, 2029.
