The literary magazine "Flame" will present the work of a prominent Bulgarian poetess living outside the country's borders in its upcoming issue for 2025. The editorial team announced the inclusion of poems by Zhivka Baltadzhieva through their official Facebook profile.

In the "Bulgarian Writers Abroad" section, five of her poetic works will be published: "Internal Monologue", "Boundaries", "Letter to Anna Akhmatova", "Poems from March", "Tremor" and "Meditation". Along with her works, readers will also be able to familiarize themselves with works by other Bulgarian authors living abroad.

Baltadzhieva is an extremely versatile creative personality - a poet, essayist, translator, and documentary film scriptwriter. Her professional biography includes solid academic education: a completed major in Bulgarian Philology at Sofia University and a doctoral degree from the prestigious Complutense University of Madrid.

Since 1990, the writer has been residing in the Spanish capital Madrid, where she currently teaches literature for more than two decades. Her creative collection includes numerous poetry books, published both in Bulgarian and Spanish.

Among her remarkable publications are "Solar Interweaving", "Daylight", "Rootless Mythologies", "Never", as well as bilingual volumes such as "Sol (Sun)", "Fuga a lo Real (Escape to Reality)" and "GenES (GenI)".

An interesting fact from her translation work is the first publication of Hristo Botev in Spain in 2014, accompanied by her introductory essay, which further emphasizes her contribution to intercultural literary exchange.
