Bulgaria and Turkey will continue to strengthen their cooperation in the fields of energy, security, and migration, it became clear during a meeting between Nadezhda Neynsky and Hakan Fidan in Istanbul.
The two discussed the challenges related to migration and security, noting the need to continue coordinated efforts to curb illegal migration and counter crime.
Opinions were exchanged on current international issues, including the situation in the Middle East.
Emphasis was also placed on the development of cooperation in the field of energy and issues regarding border infrastructure.
