Fire Department Assessment: 94 Calls in 24 Hours
Over the past 24 hours, teams from the General Directorate for Fire Safety and Population Protection have responded to a total of 94 incident reports. The active work of the firefighters led to the successful extinguishing of 61 fires across the country.
It is important to note that there were no injuries or fatalities among citizens during the incidents.
Incident Statistics:
- 16 fires resulted in material damage, with 8 of them occurring in residential buildings.
- 45 fires were extinguished without direct material losses.
- 24 rescue operations, including 5 cases involving car accidents and 17 involving technical assistance.
The fire department reminds the public that in the past 24 hours, 9 false calls were also received, which divert resources from actual critical situations.
