A total of 136 fires have been successfully extinguished in the country over the past 24 hours. The General Directorate for Fire Safety and Population Protection reported that fortunately, there are no fatalities, and one person was injured in an incident.

Firefighting team statistics

Over the past 24 hours, firefighters have responded to a total of 201 incident reports. The distribution of the incidents is as follows:

• 24 fires with direct material damage, of which 3 in residential buildings and 10 in vehicles;
• 112 fires without material damage;
• 49 rescue activities and assistance operations;
• 16 false calls.
