During the last 24 hours, the teams of the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Protection of the Population" (FS&PC) responded to 90 signals for incidents. A total of 60 fires were extinguished.
Fatalities and casualties: One person died and three were injured.
Fires with material damage: 32 fires, of which 15 in residential buildings, 3 in auxiliary buildings, 9 in vehicles.
Fires without material damage: 28 fires, of which 1 in dry grass, 18 in waste, 8 in cooking appliances and chimneys.
Rescue operations: 25 rescue activities and support operations were carried out, including in accidents, industrial accidents, domestic incidents and technical assistance.
Specific cases:
- Fire in a house on "Minzuhar" street, Harmanli, in which a 77-year-old man died.
- Fire in an apartment in the "Meden Rudnik" residential complex, Burgas, where a 72-year-old man was injured.
- Fire in a house in the village of Disevitsa, Pleven municipality, where a 93-year-old man was injured.
- Explosion from a gas cylinder on "Dobri Voyvoda" street, Kalofer, where a 69-year-old man was injured.
Five false calls were also registered.
