The Road Infrastructure Agency informs drivers about temporary restrictions on the highway due to marking work, appealing for increased attention and compliance with traffic rules.

Tomorrow, on June 28, drivers heading to Burgas should be prepared for temporary difficulties on the "Trakia" highway. Between 17:00 and 19:00 hours, marking of the road section between the 157th and 162nd kilometer, which falls within the administrative boundaries of Stara Zagora region, will be carried out.

The activities are directly related to the completion of repair work on the overpass at the 159th kilometer, which crosses the Sofia - Burgas railway line. During the marking, traffic will flow in both directions in the lane towards Sofia, which requires increased attention from drivers.

Experts from the Road Infrastructure Agency urgently call on traffic participants to exercise extreme caution. They emphasize the need to strictly observe speed limits and prohibit risky overtaking that may endanger the safety of other travelers.

The use of emergency lanes to bypass heavy traffic is strictly prohibited, as this prevents the passage of emergency vehicles in the event of incidents.
