The advertising industry in Bulgaria: 25 years of evolution, presented in a unique exhibition

From June 5 to July 6, 2025, the residents and guests of Burgas will have the opportunity to get acquainted with a unique exhibition dedicated to the development of the advertising industry in Bulgaria. The exhibition, titled "The Best of FARA", will present the highest rated projects in the competition program of the Advertising Festival (FARA) from 2004 to 2024.

The event is organized by the Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies (BAKA) with the support of the Municipality of Burgas and will be held within the framework of the 25th edition of FARA, which will take place from June 5 to 7 at the International Congress Center in the city. The exhibition will be opened on June 5 at 7:15 pm by Chavdar Kenarov - Founder and Creative Director of Noble Graphics, Chairman of BAKA and member of the Board of Art Directors Club of Europe.

The exhibition also includes the 6 Grand Prix awarded throughout the 25-year history of the Festival, which gives it research value. Visitors will be able to trace how the themes, use of media channels, and the communication environment in advertising in Bulgaria have changed, given that 2004 is a time long before the appearance of the first smartphone.

The event is the first of its kind and has historical value, as it follows the best that has been created in one of the youngest industries in Bulgaria, which emerged after the end of socialism - the advertising industry. The exhibition will be located in the area in front of the Cultural House-NHK on Troyka Square in Burgas and can be visited until July 6.

FARA 2025 is supported by Nova Broadcasting Group and Netinfo, as well as in partnership with the Municipality of Burgas. The Festival, which marks its 25th edition, has become a symbol of the entire communication industry in the country, whether loved, hated or criticized.
