The government launches a large-scale dialogue with the mechanical engineering sector

Parallel to the negotiations, the European Commission officially approved the updated Recovery and Resilience Plan for Bulgaria. This document provides significant financial instruments to support industrial transformation.

Minister Alexander Pulev emphasized the strategic importance of the dialogue, noting the need for direct communications between the industrial and defense sectors. In a statement to the media, he pointed out the potential for interaction and modernization.

Tomislav Donchev, another leading political expert, emphasized the need to restore the connection between industry and defense. According to him, Bulgaria has enormous untapped potential that can be developed through targeted investment policies.
