The police uncover a series of crimes related to drugs and driving under the influence.

Within three days, from June 6 to 8, police officers in the Burgas region have uncovered a number of crimes related to drugs and driving under the influence. The checks were carried out by various regional police departments - Primorsko, Pomorie, Fourth RU-Burgas, Fifth RU-Burgas, Nessebar, Ruen and Malko Tarnovo.

On June 6 in Primorsko, two people were detained - a 27-year-old man from Sofia and a 19-year-old man from Ruse, from whom a total of about 10 grams of marijuana and methamphetamine were seized. On the same day in Burgas, a 27-year-old local resident was detained, from whom about 10 grams of methamphetamine were found. The officers of the Pomorie Regional Police Department also identified and detained a 32-year-old man from the village of Gaberovo, from whom about 5 grams of cannabis and methamphetamine were found.

On June 6 in Burgas, a 44-year-old local resident was also detained, and during a search of his home, precursors for the production of drugs were found. The same day in Burgas, a 29-year-old driver was stopped, who had driven a car with 2.17 per mille of alcohol in his blood, and in Obzor a 32-year-old man from Byala was detained, who had driven after using amphetamine and methamphetamine.

On June 7 in the village of Vresovo, a 33-year-old man was stopped, who had driven a car with 0.72 per mille of alcohol in his blood for a repeat offense, and on the road between the villages of Draganzi and Zhitosyat, a 49-year-old man from Burgas was detained, who had driven with 1.21 per mille of alcohol.

On June 8 in Primorsko, a 36-year-old man was stopped, who had driven a car with 1.68 per mille of alcohol and after using amphetamine, and in the village of Zvezdetc, a 45-year-old man from Burgas was detained, who had driven after using benzodiazepine.

In all cases, expedited proceedings have been initiated, and the detained persons have been handed over to the prosecutor's office.
