Burgas Municipality has commissioned the preparation of a conceptual design with a parcel plan for water supply in the settlements “Ostritsa 1“ and “Ostritsa 2“ in the lands of the “Banevo“ district and the village of Mirolyubovo. 

This became possible after the Municipal Council approved earlier this year a new Detailed Urban Plan for street regulation for Ostritsa, proposed by the local administration. 

In order not to waste time, Burgas Municipality prepared a pre-design study for the water supply of the two settlements. 

Based on them, the technical assignment has already been prepared. After the design of the water pipeline, its phased implementation will begin. 

In recent years, the area of Ostritsa has been extremely attractive not only as a villa zone, but also many people prefer to live there permanently.
